Time, Place and Date?
Are we talking about only a Saturday? If so, then one of the Saturdays in Feburary? Would anybody consider taking a Friday off and doing it then? It'd be quieter.. To start, I vote for Saturday the 11th of Feb, but I'm easy, that's just to start us off. I'd even consider a Friday.

Starting Location and Direction
I guess it goes without saying? Start at Partick and head anti-clockwise, so we get all the 'dodgy' pubs in the mid afternoon and the decent pubs by sundown?

I agree, start in Partick and work our way through the South side first!
