Meetings
From ScotLUG
ScotLUG meets every last Thursday of the month.
Meetings are open to anyone and free to attend there is no need to register, just turn up.
Locations
- Counting House: On the west side of George Square
- Livingstone Tower: Room 14.15 (Room 15 on the fourteenth floor), Livingstone Tower, Department of Computer & Information Sciences, University of Strathclyde.
Timings
17:00 There are pre-meeting drinks in the with some members arriving straight after work (5pm - 6pm), and usually taking advantage of the Counting House's Thursday curry offers.
19:00 Pre meeting coffee and biscuits in Livingstone Tower. A chance to get to know other people at the meeting.
19:30 The official meeting starts at 19:30 in Livingstone Tower]. This part of the meeting is used for talks, presentations, Q&A sessions and the occasional trivia quiz.
21:00 Afterwards, usually around 21:00, the meeting moves to the Counting House.
