Channel bots

The #scotlug irc channel has two IRC bots running in it. On occasions others may appear, hosted by the channel regulars.

• slugfind - a multifunction search bot. Run by bagpuss_thecat. A version of dgbot with some Perl additions for comedy effect.

• drinker - although also a user, drinker runs a script which converts any Mediawiki notation comments into links to Wikipedia.

• planetpuss - takes a feed from http://planet.scotlug.org.uk and posts updates to the channel. Was run by bagpuss_thecat -- defunct
