Bigkevmcd Day

From ScotLUG

Jump to: navigation, search

'Bigkevmcd Day' is a tradition started amongst the Scottish Linux User Group (SLUG) IRC users. On the 26th of May every year all of the users change their online nicknames to be 'bigkevmc' + their original nickname in honour of the original 'bigkevmcd' user in their IRC channel.

The tradition is thought to have started as 'bigkevmcd' was known for his lack of skill at tab-completion and dealing with multiple nicknames beginning with the same letters.
