Title: Open Source Technologies in the Community Radio Sector, a practical demonstration!

Synopsis
As a follow up from last months talk, there will be a demo of a portable broadcasting unit (comprising a netbook and random bits and bobs), followed by an overview of a 28-day Restricted Service License broadcast starting the following Sunday in Ayrshire.
Speaker Bio
Currently a Computer Science student at the University of Strathclyde. With a deep interest in Broadcast and audio technologies (generally, expensive toys), with an aim to evangelise Open Source Software (and Hardware) where and when possible.
